Good & relevant music are powerful tools to motivate people to oppose wars and promote peace & love for humanity. For example, in the early 70's, millions of people from America and around the world protested peacefully on the streets, brought together by the power of music and their icons such as Bob Dylan and John Lennon, and also by events such as the Woodstock festival to oppose the Vietnam War. Good music which became part of the growing peace movement, played a critical role in ending the Vietnam War in 1975. Then US President Richard Nixon realized that after losing more than 50,000 American lives in this cruel & unjust war and with public opinion turning against the war led by the music icons, he seemed to understand that it would be inexpedient to continue with the war.
Superb blending of timeless & romantic music "Sometimes When It Rains" by Secret Garden with the beautiful paintings by British Richard Macneil to promote, for those who can afford it, the serenity of a lovely & peaceful life & perhaps, the need to just pause, relax and smell the flowers...
Love for humanity to live peacefully can only come about when a society develops & progresses forward and not regresses backward into poverty, oppression, hate, extremism & conflict

This lovely song "Don't Cry For Me Argentina" sung by Madonna (2018), is about Eva Peron who was the First Lady of Argentina from 1946 to 1952 (when she passed away). She was given the title Spiritual Leader of the Nation by the Argentine Congress just before she passed away at the age of 33. Her fight for social justice, against poverty and the rights of oppressed and women is legendary and is consistent with our concept of lasting Holistic Peace.

To the good & honest people around the world, of the various ethnicities and peaceful ideologies, let's put aside our minor differences compared to our greater similarities, and let's HEAL THIS VERY TROUBLED & DIVIDED WORLD. How innocent minded children, often the victims of wars, can show adults the way.
